  • 2 Juice of 2 limes Adjust to taste.
  • Salt to taste

Preparation
  1. Chop the watermelon, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro. Remove the seeds from the jalapeño for a milder flavor.
Mixing
  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced watermelon, cucumber, red onion, and jalapeño. Gently fold in the chopped cilantro.
Seasoning
  1. Squeeze in the juice of two limes and mix well to enhance the flavors.
  2. Sprinkle in salt to taste, mixing well to ensure every bite is flavorful.
Chilling
  1. Let your salsa sit for about 30 minutes to cool and allow flavors to develop.

Notes
