Preparation
  1. Rinse the fresh spinach, strawberries, and blueberries. Slice the strawberries into thin pieces. Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. In a large salad bowl, combine the fresh spinach, sliced strawberries, and blueberries.
Mixing and Serving
  1. Sprinkle the toasted pecans and crumbled feta cheese over the top.
  2. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Using salad tongs or two large spoons, gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients evenly.
  4. Present your salad in individual bowls or on a large platter.

For best taste, use fresh ingredients. You can substitute dressings based on preference. This salad pairs well with grilled chicken or chickpeas for added protein.
