Preparation

  2. Slice the ripe pears, removing any cores, and toss them gently with lemon juice.
Crumble Topping

  2. Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly, ensuring even distribution.
Assembly
  1. Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish and layer the sweetened pears at the bottom.
