Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, pepper, soy sauce, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix together until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into thick oval patties.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the patties in the pan and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. While cooking, prepare a quick pan sauce using the remaining juices by adding a little extra soy sauce, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
