Ingredients

Popcorn Base
  • 1 bag bag of popcorn Use your favorite flavor
Coating
  • 3 cups marshmallows Mini marshmallows work best
  • 3 tablespoons butter Use unsalted for best results
Halloween Candy
  • 1 cup Halloween candy of your choice (e.g., M&Ms, gummy worms, candy corn) Feel free to mix and match your favorites

Method

Preparing the Popcorn
  1. Start by popping your bag of popcorn according to the instructions. Once it’s popped, set it aside in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the marshmallows and butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
Mixing Ingredients
  1. Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the popcorn. Gently mix with a spatula until all the popcorn is coated evenly.
  2. Sprinkle your choice of Halloween candies over the popcorn mixture. Integrate them gently; you want them to be scattered but still visible.
Setting the Popcorn
  1. Spread the popcorn mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, allowing it to cool slightly.
  2. Once it’s cool enough to handle, you can form it into balls or leave it spread out for an easy grab-and-go snack.
  3. Allow the popcorn to set completely (if you formed it into balls). Once set, it’s ready to be enjoyed!
