  • 1/2 cup Sweetener (sugar, honey, or agave syrup) Adjust amount based on your sweetness preference.
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Adds a zesty punch to balance the sweetness.
Seasonings
  • 1 pinch Salt Enhances flavors.
  • 1 teaspoon Optional Spices (cinnamon or chili powder) For an extra layer of flavor.
Optional Add-Ins
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk For added creaminess.
  • few leaves Mint Leaves Blend in for a refreshing twist.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel, pit, and chop your ripe mangoes into chunks.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the mango chunks, sweetener, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more sweetener if desired.
Freezing
  1. Pour the blended mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 1-2 hours, until slightly firm.
  2. Remove from the freezer and stir with a fork to break up any ice crystals.
  3. Return to the freezer for another 2-3 hours, until fully firm.
  4. Scoop into bowls and enjoy your Easy Mango Sorbet!

Notes

For a creamier texture, chill the blended mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes before freezing. Use a powerful blender for best results, and let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes if it hardens too much.
