Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all the ingredients. Slice your banana and measure out your berries and milk.
  2. In a blender, combine the ripe banana, mixed berries, almond milk, and optional honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste the mixture, and if you want it sweeter, add a little more honey or maple syrup and blend briefly again.
  4. Pour your smoothie mixture into a bowl.
  5. Top it with granola, fresh berries, and a sprinkle of chia seeds. Get creative with your presentation!

Notes

For an extra frosty treat, use frozen bananas or berries. If your smoothie bowl turns out too thick, you can add a splash of almond milk to adjust the consistency.
