  • 4 ears ears of corn Choose fresh corn for better flavor.
  • 4 tablespoons butter Melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt To taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Shuck the corn by removing the husks and silk to ensure clean ears.
  2. Slice each ear of corn into quarters lengthwise using a sharp knife.
  3. In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the corn pieces until well-coated.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the seasoned corn ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd.
  2. Air fry the corn ribs for about 10–12 minutes. Flip halfway through for even cooking.
Serving
  1. Once crispy and golden, remove from the air fryer and let cool before serving as a side dish or snack.

Notes

Choose fresh corn for the best flavor. You can experiment with different seasonings, such as chili powder for heat or parmesan cheese for a cheesy flavor. Keep an eye on the cooking time as every air fryer varies.
