Preparation
- Shuck the corn by removing the husks and silk to ensure clean ears.
- Slice each ear of corn into quarters lengthwise using a sharp knife.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the corn pieces until well-coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
- Arrange the seasoned corn ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd.
- Air fry the corn ribs for about 10–12 minutes. Flip halfway through for even cooking.
Serving
- Once crispy and golden, remove from the air fryer and let cool before serving as a side dish or snack.
